Last weekend of lazing around. 24th Aug 2013.
Kaffa Espresso Bar at Jalan Green Hall, Georgetown, Penang - after a visit to the State Museum and before a tentative dip into the Penang Art Society's 60th Anniversary Art Exhibition.
The Kaffa Espresso Bar in Penang has been opened for quite some time but the official launch was on 23rd August 2013 - the day before our visit.

The barista is new. The barista is not a barista.
Quite cosy, and it isn't blaring bright.
Isn't particularly flattering, I know. The T-shirts however - which I assume the shop is selling - have got more accurate printed ones

White building - Dewan Sri Penang, which made the next stop after this.
It's prettily lit with yellow light bulbs when we came back at night but made a pass as the weather was too hot and stuffy. Yes, AC trumps open night view.
A free-of-charge coffee fix during our second visit in the evening - Cafe Freddo.
